Belgian (Flemish) singer born in 1945 in Antwerp and died on 7 August 1984 of cervical cancer at the age of 38. Started out as singer with The Adams (2), the group in which her husband Marc Hoyois played drums. In 1966 she toured with Adamo and became primarily known with a French-speaking audience, but later scored several hits in Dutch. In 1975 she represented Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest.
