British cellist, born in Shrewsbury, England, UK.
He studied at the Royal Northern College Of Music. Co-Principal Cello first in the Hallé Orchestra and then in the Philharmonia Orchestra. Cellist with The London Ensemble from 1994 to 2005. He was appointed Associate Principal Cello of the Orchestra Of The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden in 2002. He joined the London Piano Trio in spring 2009.
