Real name: José Alves Crispim

José Crispim was born in Setúbal, Portugal (26 June 1932). He married Lena Silva, forming the duo Ele E Ela, fathering and producing various artists through his label Sorte, such as his son Mário Crispim and daughter Lêninha Crispim. He was the grandfather of Mário Jorge (3) and grand grandfather of Fábio Crispim. He wrote songs for António Severino and his brother Lênito Abreu (etc). He passed away in Lisboa, Portugal (25 September 2019).
