Biography
Guelph Chamber Choir
The choir was founded by the Guelph Chamber Music Society in 1980 to meet the need for a choir of outstanding quality in the Guelph region. Under its conductor Gerald Neufeld, the choir has received recognition from the Canada Council, the Ontario Arts Council, and the City of Guelph. In 1982 and again in 1987, the choir won awards in the CBC National Competition for Amateur Choirs. The choir has been featured in the Guelph Spring Festival on thee occasions.
