Dane Lanken
Dane Lanken (December 9, 1945 - March 3, 2023) was a former Canadian sports journalist and National Geographic contributor. He was the husband of singer/songwriter Anna McGarrigle since 1977 and father of Lily Lanken and Sylvan Lanken. Dane featured on a number of Kate and Anna McGarrigle's albums and live shows as a backing vocalist and musician and was a member of Mountain City Four.
