Real name: Luis L. Rivera

US-American DJ, editor, remixer, producer and percussionist from New York who is known for working in dance music. He was also a studio manager and resident in doing edits for Clivillés & Cole. Rivera was an on-air DJ for WBLS and WRKS in New York. He is often credited as Luie Rivera or a variation including Louie, Louis, etc, and most recently LooweeR. Rivera is most recently based in Pennsylvania.
