Live Wire was a London pub rock band led by guitarist/vocalist Mike Edwards and featuring bassist Jeremy Meek, drummer German Gonzales, and guitarist Chris Cutler.
Following the group's 1979 debut album "Pick It Up", Cutler was replaced by ex-Advertising guitarist/producer Simon Boswell.
This lineup recorded 1980's "No Fright" and 1981's "Changes Made" before disbanding.
