Real name: Robert Michael Torrey
Experimental musician from Rockland County, New York born in 1953.Also works as designer and wood artist.
He ran the tape label Invisible Disk Records in the 1980s.
Also called himself "Galibar Louis" (complete with a fake biography) or "Statik Action" on some releases.
Since 2010 he also adopted the name "Bum Wagler" for his country music performances and recordings.
