Real name: Tim Handels
American eIectronic music producer based in Belgium. THC is a short-lived music project created in 1992 by Tim Handels, releasing a single 12" single with Brussels-based SSR Records (Crammed Discs, Freezone, Made To Measure) before changing the name to Avalon.
