Born August 21, 1939 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Died September 30, 2015 at the age of 76.
Clifford started his musical career in the late 1950's and continued into the early 2000's. He was known for his bluesy, raspy voice, and also for the songs that hit the Country Music Charts; "Flowers for The Lady", "An Afternoon of Love", and "She Feels a New Man Tonight".
