Jule Garrish
Real name: Preston Jule Garrish
Born 1922, deceased 2017. Lifelong coastal North Carolina resident, he worked for the Navy, Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, and the N.C. Department of Transportation's ferry division. He was also an active musician in the Ocracoke music scene.
