Caroline Johnson
Vaudeville blues singer, who recorded four titles in 1926, two of which were accompanied by Fats Waller.
It has been suggested that she is the same artist as Alta Browne, who also recorded with Waller in 1926, but that suggestion is not mentioned in "Blues and gospel records 1890-1943" (Oxford University Press, 1997).
