The Evangelaires
Members: Fred Horton (2), Harold Russell (3), Terry Rawlins, Nancy Stark, Tom Kaney, David Rawlins, Freddy Buxton
1970s country gospel group from Belvedere, South Carolina.The groups' history goes back to the 1950s when the Evangelairs Quartet first formed according to Tom Kaney. The members fell away for a number of reasons but reorganized in 1975. Some additional past members have included Gary Ingle (singer) and his son Michael Ingle (drummer), and James Jewett Gregg.
