Real name: Julio Cesar Villafuerte Luzardo
Ecuadorian-born singer, musician, songwriter (Julio César Villafuerte, born 1 Jan. 1928, he moved to Medellín, Colombia, in the 1950s), he formed the Duo Bowen-Villafuerte with Lucho Bowen, active until 1959, he then created the trio Los Tres Galantes, he has also worked as A&R for Discos Fuentes.
