Cleveland, Ohio 1971-2Scratch was a rock band from Cleveland that included Mike Mann, formerly of the Mike Mann Outfit. The band played rock clubs in the Cleveland area. The band recorded a 45 for Cleveland's Edcom label. The 45 was produced by Cleveland writer and DJ Joe Brosta IV.
