Born in Paddington, London, on 16 July 1931, Ricky was a carpenter who released a couple of rock 'n' roll singles for HMV in 1957. Ricky later recorded for the Top Of The Pops (3) series and other cover version albums. He married Doreen Dickinson in 1954 in Bermondsey. Ricky died on 30 November 1999, aged 68, in Canterbury, Kent. He was survived by his wife Doreen and son Lee.
