Noël Gallon (11 Sept 1891 — 26 Dec 1966) was a French composer and prolific music educator from Paris. He studied harmony at the Paris Conservatory. In 1910, Gallon won the "Prix de Rome" with his cantata Acis et Galathée. Noël Gallon joined the Paris Conservatory's faculty as Solfège Professor in 1920, also teaching counterpoint since '26.
