Film director and producer, well-known for adverts but mostly music videos by artists as diverse as Pet Shop Boys, Ozzy Osbourne, Luther Vandross, Cyndi Lauper, George Michael, D:A:D, Guns 'n' Roses, Chris Rea, and Geri Halliwell.
"Highlander III" was his first big-screen effort.
