Canadian drummer, born 24 October 1946 in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, died 28 November 1993 in Santa Barbara, California, USA. Founding member of Steppenwolf for whom he was drummer, co-vocalist and contributing songwriter, as well as designing much of the artwork on their albums. Brother of Dennis Edmonton, aka artist Mars Bonfire. Died in a car accident, crashing into a tree after failing to manoeuvre a turn, aged 47.
