Real name: Gabriela Eliana Pizarro Soto

Chilean singer, folklorist, musician and collector of the traditional dances, manners and sounds of her country. She was one of the former members of Conjunto Millaray, where she later will meet his future husband Hector Pavez. Born in Lebu, october 14th, 1932. Died in Santiago december 29th, 1999.

Along with Violeta Parra and Margot Loyola she´s considerated one of the most important, essential and former members of the chilean folklore history and the duty of collecting and investigate the origins, develop and richness of the native rural music of her country.
