Singer-Songwriter from Santa Monica, California (now living in Dallas, Texas). Has also worked as a session musician, featuring on backing vocals for the likes of Lifehouse, Everclear & New Found Glory. In 2001 Payne won the Modern rock album of the Year at the Dove Awards for her debut record 'Jordan's Sister. In 2007, her songwriting was recognized when she received The ASCAP Foundation Sammy Cahn Award.
