Musician (Bandleader, fiddler, and singer) who played actively in and the upper midwest and performed in the Country and Western idioms.

He was closely associated with the Minneapolis country music scene, and especially of the 1960s. During this time he led a five-piece western swing band which performed for many years at The Flame Cafe, a now-legendary nightclub located on Nicollet Avenue in downtown Minneapolis.
