In the middle of the blockade Of Berlin – Christmas in 1948 – Günter Neumann wrote a cabaret program under the title „ the club of the islanders “ for the RIAS. The broadcasting was a component of a local-patriotic Antikommunism', as he could probably originate only in the time of the cold war. The program consisted of joke, satire and irony as well as a serving of seriousness and was connected with the name of Günter Neumann from whom the texts and also the music came.
