David Dunn

Real name: David J. Dunn

David Dunn was born in Monroe, Louisiana January 21, 1937. He attended Ouachita Parish High School and graduated from Sam Houston College. David Dunn was a very talented Blues musician. He could play any instrument he put his hands on.
He topped the charts in the 60's sometimes beating out Elvis. He played with B.B King, Fats Domino, and a young Tina and Ike Turner - just to name a few.
He recorded for Twist (as Little David Dunn), for Lori Records, Golden Eagle, Picture, and much later for Big T in the seventies. His biggest hits include My Gal. Rockhead, and You Made Me Love You.
David died May 9, 2022
