The Givens Family was a musical family originating from Philadelphia. They were well known in the gospel scene already in the late 60’s but they left very few marks when it comes to commercial dance music.

They had some minor success with Ain’t That Much Love In The World released by Sugar Hill in 1985. After this they recorded a couple of tracks for PJ Records including a new version of I’m Still Waiting and then the group disappeared from the scene.
