The Citations

Dayton, Ohio 1963-7.
The Citations were one of the first and most popular of Dayton's salt and pepper bands. The group featured a full band and horn section with three lead singers. The group recorded a 45 for Vangee that was a good sized local hit and leased to Fraternity. The group made an appearance on the WONE Dayton Scene LP as well. 
* * There were many other groups named the Citations in the US, this Dayton band only made the recordings listed here.
