Cam Campbell
Real name: Cameron D Campbell
Bassist and guitarist from Manchester (UK). In late 1979 he co-founded A II Z (2) which released some albums and toured till 1982 when the band disbanded. He's a member of Sex Gang Children since 1984.Passed away at the weekend 3rd / 4th of April, 2021.
