Rappers Madd Nation hail from Compton, CA, one of the meccas of gangsta rap in the '80s and '90s. Discovered by friends DJ Quik and Suga Free, the group put together World Gone Madd with both artists in the spring of 2002. The album was released that summer, featuring the single "Breakin' Me."
