Australian actor, comedian, director and singer; born 24 May 1929 in Adelaide, South Australia, died 6 May 2024.He was in the entertainment business for 75 years, including circus, stage, television and film. Best known for playing the role of Sgt. Frank Gilroy in the Australian television series ‘A Country Practice’.
