Founded as a Death Metal band in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, Brazil in 1989. The band's name was changed to Goatpenis in 1991. Evandro Siebert resurrected the name in 2015 as a solo Power Electronics project which remained active until his untimely death in 2021.
