Lou MacConnell

Real name: Louis McConnell

b.: 1947 (Liège, Belgium)
d.: 1980

Lou "Louis" MacConnell was a jazz saxophonist and flutist. In 1951, he went back to the U.S. with his parents, and played in Los Angeles, California, U.S., for a while (with among others, Hampton Hawes, Frank Rosolino, Walter Bishop).
In 1976, Lou MacConnell went back to Liège, Belgium, where he played with, among others, Art Taylor and Ron Wilson.
