Mike Murtha
Raised in Hammond, WI, learned to play guitar at the age of 10, became a bassist at 15. Also played horn, tuba, piano and fiddle; went to college as a music major. Younger brother of Johnny Murtha, in the band "John and Dave with the Better Half."
