Ruth Black
Ruth Black grew up in Oxford, England. She was a church organist and piano teacher. Later she moved to New York. In 1969 she founded the Mohawk Trail Concert series with violinist/composer and husband Arnold (who died in 2000). At 85 she retired early 2014 and now resides in Amherst and in England.
