Real name: Alexander Arthur van Halen
Alex Van Halen is a Dutch-American drummer and former member of The Broken Combs, The Space Brothers, The Trojan Rubber Company, Genesis and Mammoth as well as a founding member of Van Halen. He was born May 8, 1953, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Eddie Van Halen was his brother and fellow musician.
