Noa Noa
After winning a local "Battle of the bands" competition, Cape Town-based Noa Noa were signed to Tusk Music by Benjy Mudie in 1996 and recorded their debut album "World of men".
The folk/rock band (consisting of siblings Marisa and Sergio Barbosa with Koos Turenhout) were reluctant to tour in support of the album and broke up after its release.
