Originally pressed in 1991 but only 400 sleeves printed. These are the remaining 100 copies of the original pressing with new sleeves, using the original design. The blue on the front sleeve is lighter than on the original copies.
There are 2 inserts included:
The front side of insert 1 is the same as on the original insert with "1991" added. On the flipside is a new text marked "2009".
Insert 2 was not included with the original pressings. It shows photos on the band on one side and a drawing on the other.
