Real name: Abe Vazquez & Caleb Selman

Formed in Florida in 2014 as a duo, BANZULU is a dj/production outfit closely affiliated with the international footwork community, bringing fresh, energetic vibes to the dance. BANZULU emerged on the scene on the strength of two releases, the track 'PlentyDro' on Phyla Digital's "Jack to Juke" compilation, and "Nobody Move/Gal Dem", released on none60 records. From there, BANZULU has produced a steady output of independent and small-label footwork-flavored EP's and tracks. Now based in Denver, CO, BANZULU (a founding member of the Denver Juke collective) is heavily involved in the bass music scene in the region, continuing to push the footwork sound in new frontiers.
