Real name: Pete Conway

Effective period / Period of releases: 1988 - 1994

Flour was a solo project of Minneapolis musician Pete Conway, who was a member of Rifle Sport and Breaking Circus in the late 80s. As Flour he released four albums on Touch And Go label. Flour toured as a live band twice with a lineup that featured Steve Albini on bass and former Breaking Circus percussionist Todd Trainer on drums before they went on to form the band Shellac.
