d.: August 31, 1923 (Berlaar, Belgium)

Belgian dramatic tenor who was closely identified with the Wagnerian repertoire.
He appeared regularly at the Théâtre Royal De La Monnaie, Brussels, in 1894; he made a few acoustic records in the early 1900s (for Pathé, Fonotipia and Homophone).
