La Cotentaine is a choir, an association from Manche based in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin.

Its object is the practice of polyphonic singing.

Created in 1962, it was founded with passionate amateur choristers.

The choir has been directed by Danielle Lapierre since 2005 and accompanied on the piano by Marthe Binder-Compagnon, organ holder of the Notre-Dame-du-Vœu church in Cherbourg-Octeville.
