A Day in Venice is Andrej Kralj, a multifaceted artist (painter, poet and music producer) from Trieste (Italy), who has been creating music under this banner since 2013.
In 2014 Andrej Kralj composes and records his first full-length album under the banner A Day in Venice, playing almost all the instruments, with the help of Paolo Marchesich (drums), Martina Feri (vocals) and Goran Ruzzier (vocals).
In 2018 A Day in Venice releases his second album "Singles" featuring international singers, the following year (6th June 2019) sees the release of the album "III" with Paolo Bembi on vocals.

The music is a kaleidoscope of alternative, dark, psychedelic rock elements and it’s highly influenced by bands like Anathema, Sigur Ros and Radiohead.

On 6th June 2023, Andrej releases his fourth full lenght album where he plays almost all the instruments and takes care of the production. The vocals are performed by Angelos Kyprianos.
