XYZ is a hard rock/glam metal band from Los Angeles, California, USA, that was formed in 1980.

Started off as the unofficial house band of "The Whiskey", a nightclub in Los Angeles.
Original members were Terry Ilous (vocals), Bobby Pieper (guitars), Pat Fontaine (bass) and Joey Pafumi (drums).
The band has reunited in various incarnations several times, especially in 2010 for the band's twenty year anniversary "featuring 1990-2010 original lineup: Terry Ilous, Pat Fontaine, Tony Marcus & Joey Shapiro".
