American singer, radio, television performer and author.
Born Carol June Vosburgh June 6, 1922 Harvard, Illinois, USA.
Died March 16, 2007 (aged 84) Vero Beach, Florida, USA.
She also used the names Carole Richards and Carol Lutzhoff. In the 1950's she dubbed many actresses voices including in Brigadoon (1954).
Musically, she is best remembered for her classic recording duet with Bing Crosby of the annual Christmas song "Silver Bells" (1952). The song charted in 1957, hitting #78 in the U.S. during the Christmas season.
