Andrea Álvarez is a female drummer, percussionist, singer and composer born and raised in Argentina. She is one of the top musician with a huge fame due formed the first female all-members rock band in Argentina called Rouge with Maria Gabriela Epumer and Claudia Sinesi

She has been playing, touring and recording with several Argentinian rock acts like Soda Stereo, Divididos, Charly García , Attaque 77 and Los Rodriguez, just to name a few of them and also worked with worldwide well know artists like Celia Cruz, Tito Puente and Alex Acuña.

Nowadays she has released 5 recordings as soloist artist, playing drums and singing with her own power trio band. She also have a DVD release and that is for free download that you can find on her own official website.

Since a few years ago Álvarez also have her own teaching academy where have Argentinian young girls whom has been learning musical skills.
