Formed in Moscow, Russia, by Ixes and Al-Maytatu L-Habithu. Project works in several areas: music, film, art, propaganda. In the tradition of true industrial music, [Qamat is-sa'atu] adheres of the principles of DIY and Lo-Fi aesthetic. The basic concept - a rejection of modern values of the custumer society, extreme individualism, a triumph of the spiritual over material, escape from reality, the expansion of consciousness. Genre can only be described in general terms as Post-Industrial, because the project doesn't recognize the limits in style, working in "united information space (UIS)". Sound design combines synthetic melodies and heavy electronics with live instruments.
