Johnny "Dandy" Rodriguez is a Latin percussionist (congas, bongos) from NYC, USA, mostly credited for playing bongos & congas. Born in 1945, he is also named Johnny "Dandy" Rodriguez Jr. Born in 1945, being the son of Johnny "La Vaca" Rodriguez, also a Latin percussionist. He has played with the Tito Puente (from his 17), Tito Rodriguez, Ray Barretto, formed "Tipica 73" (1972-1979), leader of Mambo Legends Orchestra.
