Heavy metal band from Riga, Latvia.
They began to play in 2008 but officially formed a band in 2011 when they started to write their own songs.
As they have already stated themselves: "We mainly speak of modern society's degradation through the lens of mythical creatures and epic events in our native language".

The very first debut EP album "Saules Kalpi" was released in Oct 2012.
Most recent full-length album "Grēks. Važas. Brīve." came out in Aug 2014 and since then DEODIUM has been touring extensively promoting their new material.
