Luis Eduardo De La Cuba Boulanger was a Peruvian composer of Creole waltzes. He had many compositions not only Peruvian but also Argentine and Spanish in relation to Creole music, his most played waltz to date is "Jarana" but they are also known "Humo Vano", "Estas Indiferente", "El Agresivo", "Isabel ", "Los Ruiseñores", "Las Golondrinas", "El Palomo Enamorado", "Salaverrino soy" me and others.
He was born in the city of Arequipa on August 25, 1902 and died on November 28, 1967 at the age of 65.
