David is an Australian wildlife sound recordist, whose extensive travels throughout Australia have resulted in a big collection of recordings of bird, frog and other animal sounds.

As a valuable contribution to Australia's National Heritage, David has fully documented these recordings and lodged them with the Australian Wildlife Collection, CSIRO in Canberra. He has also provided assistance to the New South Wales National Parks and Wildlife Service by compiling five survey tapes of rare fauna in north-eastern New South Wales.
