Backtalk from Stockholm, Sweden were one of many that tried their luck on the Pang records label. The band was formed in 1977 and they were just as much a rock n roll act as they were a hard rock act. Maybe not so strange if you look at bands like Ac/dc and Status Quo who both had been releasing very strong albums up to that point.

Lars ‘Hagis’ Hagman, Assar Andersen, Micke Brandtler and Tosse Wennerholm managed to raise the funding to record a single (probably recorded in Pahrda studios in Stockholm as it was the most common used studio by the label and the band were from the same town). ‘The Dream’ was released in 1982 and it probably didn’t helped the band as much as they had hoped and they decided to call it a day in 1983.
